NZR - A government agency that works!!!

Hi all

just want to say how efficient the Passport Agency were today....

I had to renew my passport in a hurry for a business trip to Sweden( :p ). I had a 9.15 appointment in London for the premium same day service, got there at just gone 9. Despite queueing for the security guards to open the doors at 9.20, I handed my forms in at 9.30, paid at 9.35 and walked out at midday with a new passport :cool:

Wish I could say the same for Chiltern Railways :xxx:

Decided to take the train, drove to the station, paid to park (which also fekked me off - Saturday?? They want us not to drive :mad: ) then found that half the journey to Marylebone would be replaced by a bus service.....

.....Told the ticket guy it would be quicker to drive all the way to Victoria....

And it was :tongue: 40 minutes in the Zed and I was in the NCP at Victoria Station
