Just trying to get an idea of how many Scotish members we have and where you're all located. I'm going to try to arrange a regular meet and a few bigger events, so it would be handy to know where everyone is and who's interested. Dont think there has been much in the way of Scottish meets in the past so it would be nice to get this started.

I need to know your location, whether or not you are interested, how far you would travel and how often you would want to meet.

Also, any ideas you have are more than welcome

There is a meet organised by Ant-Dat, on the 17th Oct in Moffat at about 11.00. It would be good to see some faces there. :)

Cheers

Scott

Dont have his number bud. Not really heard much from hom on the forum lately.

Been working on my brake pipes for two nights now what a nightmare. I thought Italian car where hard to work on. I'm not going to drop the rear suspention as I'm sure all the bolts will be problems so I'm rerouting the rear brake system from the ABS unit in the boot once I've got it working I'll take pics and put them on the FAQ as I'm sure some of the Imports are gona need pipes soon. Only prob is I don't appear to be able to get the nackered pipes off .. AArgh!!!

Craig

Airdrie ( Near Hamilton etc)

Sorry Craig have been offline for a couple of weeks, house is up for sale so the missus has made me hide the computer :( . only able to set it up now and again. just spent the week end dropping the sub frame and doing the pipes

Only broke one of the front mounting plate retaining bolts, and a couple of the pipe plastic cover retainers.

The pipes were still awkward even with the suspension dropped but then I only dropped it about 4", cause im a lazy git and didnt want to remove the exhasts etc.

just got the hicas end to fit if i get time this week.

Hi Ossian

My car has been lying about for 2 years so didn't dare trying to remove the suspention. I repiped the whole car in copper so it won't need looked at again. I buy passed the alloy block in the boot floor and piped the wheels directly to the ABS unit the front brakes have more power than they did before. According to the brake test machine. The pipes are all nice and neat in the boot and under the car. Was still tricky but saved hours in broken bolts and exhausts and the like. Anyone wana know how to do it just gimme a shout.

Thanks

Craig

Hi, im from Motherwell and have just recently purchased a 300zx TT jap import, so i would defintly be interested, count me in.

I'm in Stanley just north of perth. My 300 is off the road till the begining of May need to get tyres and lamda sensors. I cant get lamda sensors anywhere any ideas ? and how much ?

I bought mine from Courtesy Nissan, Texas, USA. About half the price of UK units. As I recall, UK about £110. Call me for further details if required.
