Well, it was ok, but they are so disorganised I spent most the day surfing the web and staring at the window.

 

They were too busy to start showing me about the business lol.

 

Hopefully tomorrow will be a better day!

 

But I feel better now the first days out the way! I do really need to start me own business tho mate, I just cant stand working for other people!!!!!

Working in the print and media business (aka a pen pusher)

 

Basically managing a load of clients accounts, making sure everything goes as planned, and when it goes tits up, I have to sort it!

Sell bikes (motor varity ;)) do lots of promo stuff etc.

I'm an artist, and though the money isn't regular by any stretch of the imagination, it's what I've always wanted to be since I was a nipper. Nothing beats the look on the face of someone who's happy with their commission or the buzz of an opening night exhibition when you're in it!

Try working for Landrover. Farmers in a rural town? No thanks. "Arrr moi lover oil filter more than a pound? I can get them off the market for less than that!" Well **** off and get one then! TBH TVR was almost the dream job. Lots of cool cars and customers who thrashed their cars? Track days? Driving some of the fastest cars you could buy? Top banana. But the money was unfortunatly not there so I had to move on. Plus they were a nightmare to deal with.
