Havent had a cig for 2 days but woke up this morning with 1lung LOL

 

coudent breath or f**kall went to the docs and he told me iv got acute asthma and a chest infection :nono:

 

FFS i thought smoking gives you the above conditions think il go and smoke twenty in a row maybe it will make me feel better LOL

 

apparently from not smoking the hairs in my throat and lungs are clearing leaving me open to infections mucus etc..i was on one of those MJ oxygen machines 9am this morning,1 week of work hope! i can give up for my kids sakes and mine never more determined now though just hope my chest gets better ;)

All the best in giving up mate. I have been off the ciggies for 10 months and don't even think about them anymore. Only time you get an itch is in the pub after several beers.

Atleast youve taken the plunge mate, I dont really smoke any more. I do get caught out occasionally. But mostly I dont smoke for months, then for some reason have a bit of a lapse and have a couple, which is odd, if I can go months then I can go all the time. No idea why I still crave the odd one every now and then after so long without em.

 

Although I once had my doctor say that it takes up to 2 years for your body to try and clear out all the shit it can from fags, and traces of nicotine can still be in your body for up to this long after not having a single fag :O
