ferking hell mate, you could re spray the front for that....

thats the point - with a candy apple paint - you cant colour match it - either protect it with armorfend -and it looks like you wrapped it in clean film or suffer stone chips

for 150 squid i'm willing to give it a go

I use this stuff for window rubbers/tyres etc...

Armorall, it's good stuff.

As for polish, i use Turtlewax Metallic polish on the body & Autosol on

the chrome rims.

scratch x from meguiars followed by 3 stage from meguiars then gold class car shampoo from meguiars to prime up for your final app and then finally gold class polish from meg yet again applied with the meg applicators and wiped off with the meg micro fibre cloth.......trust me the best £87 you will ever spend and you get a nice wooden box free to keep it all in and the micro fibre cloth well once u have used it you will never use another type ever again

sorry to jump in but my seals around windows look shite is there any enhancer that brings them up black again!

as when i do it after the suns been on it goes back shite again

ps..im not useing shoe polish either :o cheers greg

Not being funny or taking d pi55 but on your internal stuss try a squirt of Mr Sheen (or similar) smells like it says on the tin (like Ronseal) but ferking brilliant, and not only that....the wife will feel at home in the car.....?

Ok heres my humble opinion...

For me I use "Colour Magic" because it cuts a little if you apply it hard and also masks scratches in your paintwork. Also if you do miss any residue in cracks and creases etc then its the same colour unlike the "white" stuff left with Auto Glym and most others.

This lot may take a little longer than a quick wipe on wipe off polish BUT it really lasts alot longer between polishing and the paint looks like new, Not just like polished old paint.

THEN I seal it in with "AutoGlym Gold Sealant" Polish. This puts a tough durable shell over the top yet its an almost clear gel so it wont leave white residue. Although it does take a little longer to dry and its worth waiting b4 removing it.

Mer is also a good interim polish but for shows, I'd chose the former method.

Again its just my opinion but it works for me.
