Ok, so who wants to hear the good news? :D

 

Whipped the DPs off the turbos over the weekend to check the impellors out. Good news is the turbos are absolutely fine from what I can tell with the engine still in the car - no damage to the blades or anything, just in desperate need of a damn good clean :D So, in short, she's comin back :D

oh God no ! - LOL

From the vid it looked like the engine was burning oil from the start. It must have been on it's way out before you even got to the pod don't you think :duffer: ?

Course it was :D It went a bit before I went, just got worse as time went on :)

Oh and I still managed the 185 mile drive home after that :D

Lol, that'll explain why the traffic was down to 30mph on the M6 then!
