Me And An MR2 Tubby At The Lights Tonight.......

...........I whooped his ass!!

Much to my suprise after reading all the threads about MR2's being quicker upto 60mph and all that......

Both at the lights, he revved up (I was quite happy to just drive off from the lights) and the dump valve gave it away, thought to myself, do I don't I?

Lights went green and I thought fluff it..........both went for it, was close call upto about 40-50mph and then I just started to leave him, zipped round an island one left and right hand bend (sweeping bends!) stopped at next set of light and waited about 5-6 seconds for him to appear, wound down his window and shouted over asking what BHP I was running, said wasn't sure but around 360'ish and I had a slight boost leak (soon be fixed, nice one Vijay!)

His face dropped and he said "Nice looking motor as well"

I said cheers gave him the thumbs and went from the next set of lights, he tucked in behind me and I booted it once more, he didn't then he passed me when I turned off and he flashed and tooted his horn.

Seemed a nice enough bloke...........although a bit gutted to be left by a boost leaking lardy arsed 80's throw back of a car*

Matty.

*I added the last bit.....:D
