first off, sorry for posting about a vauxhall but i wouldnt if i wasnt really desperate. im putting a C20 XE into a 2.0 16v Ecotec.

the XE and its loom are 1993 but the car is a 1995.

problem im getting is no power to the ECU.

i know there is a 2-pin multi-plug on the car (nearside by the bulkhead) but there is no plug on the loom to go to it. im having no luck on the cav forum and you lot have always been really good before.

surely someone must have done it? or know a way to cure it? any ideas? im stuck. cheers. si. :cry:

Are you trying to put a GSi engine into a Calibra by any chance? Or the other way round? Some nutter put a Calibra turbo engine into a Corsa once.

Sorry cant help with problem tho - if youre doing a transplant you know more about cars than me! Good luck tho.

Im sure he can help. He fitted the calibra engine to my Manta including loom etc.
