well...it was almost finished, needed buffing, lol, billing came too quick :)

thanks, it was a PITA to do, vents were easy, but that Z logo, sheeeeesh, i had a Hulk sized right arm after detailing all that and rubbing it down lol

im not that keen tbh but everyone has their own tastes so me not liking it doesnt mean to say its not good

The vents look great but no too keen on the Z personally, but hat's off to you for trying something different :bow:

I am impressed mate, how long did it take you to do? and what did you start with? was it a standard panel?

yeah, just flat panel, took 3 evenings to get all the vents and z correct, then 2 more days sprayin and rubbing.

well worth it mate. i was thinking of trying somehing like that myself, as parts for these little babies can be expensive....

heh yeah, i was going to buy one, but i had the "ooooooooh, Z in the middle with mesh!" brainwave.

 

u cant see on the pic either, but in the vents at the back, theres like a smooth ridge that directs air down towards the filters, bit too far back to drop right on the filter, but should get a little more cold air around it

what about some piping directing it a bit more towards the filter?

could do yeah, but im moving to a doolz intake with an FMIC soon, 95% certain im getting boost cut now, intakes will sit where the old coolers used to be, so really will just be aesthetic from then
