Anybody got any idea if the illuminated front badges and rear panels are legal to use when driving around? Fancied getting some but as I dont do much hanging around the MC D's car park with the saxo crew I prob wont bother if I'm going to get pulled by the fuzz for having them on...

You can't put a red light on the front and you can't put a white light on the back.

I think that's pretty much it!

To be on the safe side, you'd be better off illuminating the 300zx logo on the back in red and the front Z symbol in Blue, Green or white. :)

I would advise not using blue on the front, there is an offence of impersonating a police car which could be used against you if the officer saw you really wanted to do you for something. I would stick to white or yellow only on the front, green will get you pulled, I'm a cop and if I saw a car with a green neon on the front I would pull it as it would look like a car full of boy racers (and I would wonder what other "road-worty" modifications would have been done) if you saw it from a distance at night.

Hmmm maybe I'll give it a miss then... getting pulled is not the highlight of my day especially as I regularly have a few k's of coke in the boot :D (JOKE)

I dont like it on the back, but front on nose panel might be nice in white, and yer scort man's right blue light on front, you might get a traffic bod on a bad day and then you may find yourself getting a 'free' roadside MOT.

If you were gonna do it, I'd stick with white. also illuminate the 300zx on the existing rear panel in red (not blue as in pic, fairly easy job as far as I know)
