I just started a 14 day free trial (with free downloadof the game itself) as friends at work were raving about it.

Fooking superb real time game. :hyper:

 

Bit of a :confused: to start with but once you get into it's pretty amazing :bow:.

Oh Tooley, I see a couple of pages back you were offering out a mil to us newbie's, if the offer is still open, I'd be really grateful!!

Crap, I just bought a 150mmm Rail gun, but it's power requirement is 14, whereas my newbie ship has a max power output of 11. Is there any way to upgrade my ships output, or will I have to wait to get a better ship to install my rail gun onto?

yes you literaly web them it stops them moving and also warp scramble them to stop them warping away also.......as soon as you start to attain skills you can get some very good set ups not just for killing but holding people while ure big hitters take them apart with most of you lot picking caldari race anyway you get some of the most technicaly advanced ships to play in anyway......im just a big old laser death dealer myself i like to have at least 120kms between me and anyone wanting to take my corpse. the problem when you first start out though is it takes about 2 months before you can really start to use most of the things in eve

SHIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIT just noticed that the riva tnt card is not supported by eve... balls, thats me screwed then and probably explains all my probs. bugger.

I have started paying even though I had 9 days left lol. the 800 trial account was reached and I needed to kick off Frigate level 3 lol.

 

I have another 4 friends that Stevo and I think Nightwolf have met.

that means there are about 9 of us online not including the advanced players like Tooley and Mayo (I think that was his name lol).

 

How about a Z corp, I've spoken to the other 4 non Zedders and they are cool with it. :D

we have been nightmare holding since day 1 of retail and will gladly assist you gents with mining ops and shipbuilding....if you guys form up a corp you will find you will progress isk wise a lot quicker and if you need cap or protection you can call on us anytime we are mainly in empire these days agent running so we're never really far from most places. if you do wanna join us im sure there wont be any probs in doing so....

How do we form a corp mate ?.

yet again its another skill you will need.corp management skill and also if you are going to have a multi racial corp you will need ethnic relations skill. bear in mind you will be hard pushed to get offices in empire space these days which is a pain think it will cost you about 500k in skills to do

And once you got the above skills you gotta go to a station then create and pay a registry fee of 1.5 mil i think !!!!!! :O

yep it used to be 150k but with all the exploiters using it to create corp just for wars they made it so it cost you even so if you are all going to work together you may as well

Any tips or advice in getting our corp started Tooley ?

only one tip for now trust nobody who you dont know in real life so many scammer try to join just to clear out your hangers...for your first few weeks its best to mine just to get the minerals for production and also sell for isk to build the corp. form naps with corps you are working along side of numbers mean protection
