Na diff oil cooler necessary?

I bought a R200V diff from a na Z32 as an upgrade over my normal diff on my s13, but it doesn't have the oil cooler. The diff won't have to cope with more then 240bhp, but it will see 140mph more then often. Would this be problem or is it ok with this power output?
