sprayed and lacquered it, wasn't too sure about that bit, wanted some contrast, might do it only take 30 mins

Looks good guys. Here's my slightly more motor-sport Blue Peter-esque alternative ;) :D

Aluminium sheet cut to accept the Tech-Edge display, the lights of the KnockLink (front of the casing was removed)and AVC-R. Fascia secured with allen key bolts. TBH it's not staying. Now I'm (fingers crossed) going ahead with the in-car computer install, I can do away with the need for a head unit so I'm currently drawing up a few designs with a view to completely replacing the centre console!

Slim - I bought it 2nd hand from a member on here, I was very lucky. Its a Navan shifter.......if you find it for sale anywhere make sure you are sitting down when you see the price!
