Thanks all, really appreciate the comments!!! As you can imagine after the long wait, its nice to get a bit of (positive) feedback!!! Well chuffed with it. Hope to see you all at Billing!!

I'll be posting some pics onto my site at some point soon. Those switches light up with blue led rings which looks superb at night!!

BTW -

- SMW1 - Thanks! Am WELL chuffed with the wheels, although I have to confess I stole the idea from Faisal :D

- MarkyB - its Nissan 350z Daytona Blue

- Dave8uk - not a dumb question mate, but its prob only fair if I let Pete@PPS (LEONARDO on here) quote you for that - see traders section. He's got IT problems at the moment, but I'm sure Ice-man will pass the message on!

Cheers

Rich

eerrrrrr-huuurmmmm!

Nice lights Rich! LMAO You got any pics of the beast from the front and back? ;)

Ha ha well spotted mate!! Credit where credit's due mate, the lights make a massive difference to the overall effect - making the beast look a bit younger!!!

More pics coming soon mate!

XLent! Glad you like them.

Looks fantastic mate, almost as good as mine ;)

I'm wanting to get mine retrimmed inside as the last person to have a go at it made a complete mess.

I'll be speaking to Peter about some Cobra seats and matching trim soon.

Nah.. don't like it!

By the way fella, think I might have scraped your offside front corner whilst pulling my car out this morning... not a problem though, your nasty blue paint polished off my motor no bother! ;)

Seriously though, photo's don't do it justice. Can't wait for everyone to see it in the flesh at Billing, .... assuming the way into Billing is VERY flat with NO speedbumps of course....

Yep I've decided I like the switches too, but I love the three clocks in the middle with the recessed bosals. Where oh where did they come from. :hyper:

Martin did it by drilling holes in the dash and fitting a fiberglass tube inside it;)

cerb78 - ha ha just as well you're kidding mate!! Manchester aint to far to give you a :slap: :x:

those guage pod things required a bit of "gentle surgery" on Martin's part, but they do fit quite nicely!

 Nice looking car mate, just hope mine looks as good as yours;) :hyper:

DAMN, and here i was thinking i was the only one with 19" Kahns and to make it worse i probably started my project on the zed well before you and im still sittin here with half a car :(

Still gotta say they do look awesome on your car, you've pulled it off beautifully

Just hope my car turns out as good as that

By the way how much did the interior retrim cost you!

Fas

Fas - thanks mate, I'm sure yours will look awesome when its done!! Whats the ETA?? I've PM'd you with trim details.

Just been out in it in the sun, and the attention it gets is unbelievable, people rubbernecking all over the place - felt a bit exposed at times LOL. Plus, not had any ****er signs made at me yet - which is a bonus!!

Thanx Markzx, the dash mounted clocks were probably the most difficult and most nerve racking part of the install. I had to "ADJUST" the holes in the dashboard once it had been re-trimmed in all that gorgeous leather with a suitable air tool - just as well u werent around to see that richard, but I must admit they do look great.

Cheers

Saw Richards car in the flesh on Friday, while I was having my bumper and spoiler fitted. Excellent workmanship gone into the car, the onestop shop for your zed. The attention to detail is brilliant, great bunch of guys, keep up the goodwork fellas.

Your obviously an Artisan of some Pedigree. They really are the muts. So now you've done it once how would you feel about doing it again, but pref. before I have my retrim. Would it be better to have a dash out of the car and what sort of cost.

NOOOoooo not allowed  I've patented the idea!!!!

Its definitely worth doing before the retrim!!! I never again want to see the look of horror on Martin's face when he realised what he was going have to do!!! :D

def comes under the word CLASS,

how much have you spent on the car?

I've never met the guy, but I can see the look   . At least your still talking and results speak for themselves. Going to be a real bumber if we ever end up at the same place when I've finish my car because they will look quite similar though I don't like the Strozeck Wide rear arches. I'm having my own design made. They'll be as wide but cleaner fresher lines.

Thats not until next year though because all my money has gone on recon and hybridised motor, Tubs, coolers, Rad, box and steering and suspension.

Next year finish body and Retrim. :hyper:

Cheers Markzx, glad u like the clocks. Would only attempt it again with the dash shell removed, way to much stress with it in the car, didnt want to ruin a 2.5 large retrim !!!!!

haven't worked out a price, Richards car was a first for a lot of the work and I said I wouldn't do another but I could be persuaded now I have an idea of the work involved. Give us a ring and we can talk more..

Cheers

Some ******* has been interfering with my car last night!!!!

For some reason they've ripped off the rubber seal that goes down the left hand side of the windscreen, and smashed the latch off the back gate.

Not sure if they were trying to steal it (by taking the windscreen out!?!?) or what, but the car is in a quiet private parking area not visible from the main road, and the side they damaged was against a wall so not the obvious place to do some malicious damage. Thats all the damage I can see.

Now I'm worried leaving it out there!!! Time to install a big f*ck security system on the car and on the parking area methinks!!!

Arrgggghhhh!!!

that's bad shit mate. Get the CCTV in and give the little F*ckers a pasting!

I can supply one DIY electric intruder deterant system for your car. Guarenteed to give them a shock they may never ever get the chance to forget.

Or there is the flame thrower system

My fav is the noxious gas (can be anything you want, from smoke to mustard gas)
