I guess now I just wait for the holes in my pistons to appear :cry: but lets hope she doesnt suffer from to much det as she dont have no protection now.

WARNING : If Nissan's engineers decided to intall a detonation sensor on the VG30DETT engine, it's because they have a whole bunch of good reasons to do it. If you decide to follow the "bypass the detonation sensor" instructions, your ECU won't be able to "listen" to detonation anymore, and that could cause the destruction of your engine....you've been warned.

 

just be carefull this is for emergency use only you need it sorting as the melting of your pistons will result in a couple of thousand pounds repair bill at the very least.

Yep- me already read this. Dont care too much as the cost of all the repairs that my car currently needs is more than I paid for it, so will take my chances and enjoy it for what it is and if I come into dosh, will get it all done, and if I blow it up, I'll break it and sell all the goodies to you guys. :rolleyes:
