Mine 'buzzes' a little and is obviously on its way out...does anyone know if this can be repaired or do I have to buy a new one...ouch..

Know I could get a second hand one but that could be worse than mine!!

Your help would be greatly appreciated!!

anyone know where i can get an uprated one

why do you need an uptated one?

they are good for lots of power. ~600bhp

well any coz i have low pressure

have you checked your Fuel Pressure Regulator, this should adjust the pressure depending on boost/vaccum.

regulator has been renewed, dampner works fine, filter replaced, JWT ECU, that leaves the injectors and fuel pump. So wanna try the fuel pump first before spending lots of dosh with injectors.

probably worth investing in a fuel pressure gauge so you see what's going on then...

would but cant find a none branded one cheap enough, they are all like £100 - £200.

are you sure there is a problem with it?

I have a Z32 pump in my S13 and I can hear it buzzing away most of the time, there is nothing wrong with it.

there is detonation when you floor it

A nissan pump is ~£300.

If yo are not planning on going about 450-500 bhp a walbro pump will probably do, they are about £95.

Bosch do a pump that's good for ~700, but again you are looking @ £300.
