Hi all

another update on the respect other road users have for the ZX.....

on hols in Cornwall last week, I lost count of how many cars on A & B roads pulled over to the side or into laybys to let me pass, when they saw the ZX looming up in their mirror..... :D

Also on M5 in Devon a couple of teenage girls were standing on a bridge spitting or giving cars "the finger" as they passed under. As I approached in the ZX, they simply waved and gave the thumbs-up  .....

.....shame they didn't get their tits out, though :(

Richard :smw:

I have something to say............ It's better to burn out than to fade away..... :tt2:

LOL, some bloke actually done this to my zed as i was in traffic the other day --->

did make me laugh :D

Got his tits out?

Happens alot to me this. Casually driving at 80 or so and they pull over. Kinda make you obliged to go tearing past them. does make me chuckle

Lost count how many times things like this have happend, one time was just coming off roundabout onto duel carriageway near Northampton about 7.30pm,about 12 lads were in the central reservation walking to town for a piss up by looks,as i approached they all jump over barrier, stood in outside lane waving and shouting me to GIVE IT SOME RAZZIN,making big circular motions with there arms,so of course i obliged ,good laugh, but have to say my wife gets very embarrased when she's with me,she cant understand it,i dont think theres a week goes by without something like this happening :D

Hi Greg...

We were staying in Boscastle.

Stayed away from Newquay, but I did drive through St Ives last Wed (9th) around mid-afternoon IIRC :)

Wife and I have no kids, so the Zed can (just  )take our luggage.....

......a good excuse for Julia not to bring so much ".....sorry, that won't all fit in the car......" Always works ;)

Richard

Did thanks, same to you too..

There were a few scary moments, like turning into a single track road and coming face to face with a fekking HGV - b@stards shouldn't be driving on those type of roads, there are enough fekking signs

The road from the hotel car park wasn't really Zed-friendly either, it was a bit steep, so i had to be careful not to ground the front spoiler.....

Otherwise they were OK. My wife has a mate in Camelford, so we go and stay in Boscastle a few times a year - I know the roads pretty well by now (and which ones to avoid :D )

Richard :)
