Hi

I went Sidari twice last year and really enjoyed it. You find that people who go there once often go back again.

The only real problem you find is the people trying to sell you flowers on the street especially if you are a couple. A woman will try to give you a flower and when you pay for it their kid will watch where you keep your money and then they will try to pick pocket you. just say no to the flower ladies and don't take one when they keep offering.

Oh yeah and don't get a black henna tattoo done (they do them on the main street) as most people have a reaction to the chemicals they use and it burns your skin like this:

Have a great time mate and be sure to go in the bar next to the supermarket. it's run by a scotish lady and it's really friendly.

Your a lucky man

That's just reminded me actually. Yes, they seem to have a "Stray kids" problem over there. WHat ever you do, don't give any of them any money because they will hound you every time they see you. We made the mistake of giving some small change to one and WW3 broke out between them and they kept on asking for more.

Have a good time though.

Again DO watch out for this. It happened to my dad when he was on a Trip with Nissan. He felt something move in his pocket whilst walking down the street so he put his hand down and slapped something which turned out to be a kids arm. The mother ran over and started tryin to beat my dad up. So do keep your wallet where you can see it. Also tell your missus to keep hold of her handbag!

Have a nice time though it is meant to be a beautiful place.

Hi Guys,

Quick update whilst I am in this Internet Cafe in Corfu Town.

Weather is about mid 20's, plenty warm enough but I hear the weather back there is even warmer!!

Corfu Town is a bit much for us, it just too busy hustle bustel kinda thing and I would NEVER DARE bring my Zed through the town, how I havent had an accident in our little Suzuki Jimny yet is a bloody wonder!!!!

Anyway, Sidari is georgous, very nice place and just right, not OVERLY lively but then not that quiet either, although our accomodation is 20 mins from the Centre of sidari, so it walkable! Even with the mossies feeding on you!!!! :D

Right, time to go back to the Jeep, if I can find it!

Talk to you when I get back next monday!!!

BYE BYE!!!!
