Well the Z? Funeral march would be suitable, in the MR-2? Led Zep until the Alpine started to play up, well not really the head unit I don't think, for some reason everytime I depress the clutch the CD player works and when I release the clutch a tad it starts to cut out. Bummer!

Ive got a Kenwood mask system in me Z with the origional Bose speakers in front n JBL's in the back n it sounds Sh#te, its not worth listenin to anything else than Val flippin Doonican!! :(

The original Bose speakers have amps built into the enclosures and expect a different signal to the one a 'standard' head unit gives out, as far as I'm aware. I'm not surprised it sounds sh*te! ;)

Cant beat a bit of the old loaf, great performer, but if you see him on a chatshow hes a right loudmouth prick, though he was funny on Bo Selecta.

 

We used to have a competition in our boy racing days to drive from Nuneaton to Monks Kirby in the time it took Bat out of Hell to play on the TAPE player!! 12 miles in 10 mins isnt easy in a 1.3 astra, but it was doable, these days i can do it in the zed without breaking sweat, go the long way round and still make it!!

LMFAO, yeah the Nelson boys may have made you think you were getting a pukka sound system but to be honest they were giving you w@nk! Open up the door cards and what do you find? Hitatchi sh1te speakers and the back end amps are summat cheap and nasty aswell IIRC! LMFAO :) Quality! :)
