Ok, how about this one - the 4.5 pushes a massive 420bhp through the rear tyres in standard form & reaches 0-60 in 3.9 secs, which can't be bad. It looks so much better than the skyline inside and out, and I hardly need to mention the noise... but does anyone have any experience of these? ie - reliability/handling etc?

There seem to be loads out there for sale with very few miles on the clock. Any ideas? (other than the obvious insurance and fuel costs)

Thanks again in advance,

and now for a beautiful Jag...

Ha ha. Actually you're right. The Jag with the big wing on is the A-type Lightweight RS and the wing looks stooopid. :xxx:

The standard A-type looks the b8llocks in my opinion. They flare out the front and rear arches slightly, add moulded sills to flatten out the sides slightly (looked a bit boat-shaped before in my opinion) and add "gills" just behind the front wheel arches.

You're right Tim, the F-type would've been an ace car. Not sure about the wing mirrors at the top of the invisible a-pillars though ...

:)

F\/ck me, is that what Jag can come up with at this present moment in time? Hideous!

What was the Jag they sold from about 89 onwards, came with a V12 in one form?

The sort of long one.

I saw a body kitted version of that in Nottingham and damn, it looked sweet.
