I'm sure most had seen the greddy turbo kit on ebay.

 

Just got an email from ebay saying the auction has been terminated by them and the sellers account banned :rolleyes: :mac1:

 

Well i bid on it and contacted the seller who said they were from the northest part of scotland possible and to make an offer on them...fair enough when i said no probs i will have them but i want to collect them suprise never got another email :xxx: was still gonna bit to win the turbos but would never had sent any money.

 

So just as a warning be careful what you bid on on ebay especially if your not "up" on the ebay ways to protect yourself.

 

And if someone gets offered these turbos be careful its alot of money to lose.

surely as long as you pay by paypal/CC you will be ok?

if you pay by paypal your fooked guys. they do absolutly nothing. CC at least covers you, but supprise supprise they dont accept cc. so if its expencive and they wont deal in cash on pickup. dont do it

Well i know the cc insurance would cover you for fraud but thats not the point its not the money its the chance of saving lots of money and getting the kit you want!!??

 

I suppose after thinkin it was too good to be true, i mean anyone that first knew to buy a greddy kit knows what there doing also he had bought the extra egt guages and drilled the holes for them again points to he knows exatly what he is doing so why advertise them for next to nothing on ebay??

 

All he had to do was stick them on here for 2 grand and someone would have bought them??

Exactly thats why if its over a certain amount i always collect.

 

Its still a shame that a small amount of knobheads give the likes of ebay a bad name

I never buy anything from any one with a low feedback if it costs over £20 - and I always read the feedback - if they have recent few negatives I won't make the bid.

 

I just bought a Blitz Sus air filter from japandy for £50 + £15 delivery. I recommend people have a wee look at his stuff (he's a yank based in Japan) he's really responsive & helpful. Even if you ask him to source stuff he's pretty damn good & usually gets what ur after. :)

Just goes to show you wot crooks there are out there in fact i looked as some about a month ago on ebay and the guy lived in the channel islands!!?? so nearly bought them even printed the pics out etc and wot a suprise there the same pics thats in the auction jonny just found :xxx: :mac1:

Cant believe it someones bit and what a suprise the seller has made it a private auction so you cant even email to warn the bidder.

Fight fire with fire then. Set up a new ebay account and put huge bids on his items. He'll get stung for the selling fees, wont get any money and you can flick the middle finger up at the :xxx:
