How do you reduce a photo so that it can be used as an avatar?

You can do this in paint. open picture | image (on the menu bar) | stretch and skew |

Enter the same reduction size into both horizontal and vertical.

First print the picture then when it pops out the printer cut it down to size with some blunt ended scissors.

 

Then use a pritt stick and glue it to your monitor:D;)
