Help my Body

Anybody live in the folkestone (kent) or surrounding areas that is good or knows anybody that is good with the body work ,,,, i wanna change my spoiler as i have the original and not sure what the condition is gonna be like underneath ?

    It will be dirty, possibly rusty and will take a lot of elbo grease to remove the sticky tape that holds the original spoiler on
