aaaaaaarghh i am so pissed off

just been involved in an accident on th way to work

 

this ass hole in a corsa coming in the opposite direction pulled across me tryin to go up a side street, i never stood a chance (especially with my stone cold EBC Red Stuff pads). tried to swerve outa th way but ended up bouncing off his car into a parked one on th other side, should have jus gone straight into th fooker!

 

gonna need two new wings and front bumper and all he needs is a fukin paint job, that really takes the piss grrrrr...

 

on top of that he has th cheek to claim i was speeding which according to th laws of physics is absolutly impossible seeing as i only pulled out onto the main road 50yards further down, twat :xxx:

If you had of been speeding surely you would have caused him more damage.

if he pulled out infront of you regardless of how fast you were going it's his fault.

 

I pulled out infront of someone becasue he was indicating to turn into the road I was turning out of, I pulled out he hit me when he deceided to go straight on. My fault. :rolleyes:

she will sort you out in no time mate. I got a hire car and my car back in 2weeks, i got my car back the very same day my sorry ass insurance company decided to send me their solicitor details.

 

 

Some lady pulled out of a side road and hit my sister, she said my sister was speeding and called the police, I went down to the scene spoke to the police officer as my sister is very shy and the lady that was lying ended up getting charged with careless driving and had to resit her driving course, right result :)

Dosnt you neck hurt. I bet youo its realy stiff in the morning (His neck or boys his neck). And you might want to have a chat with someone about your reoccring dream where you are driving and you cant stop which never happened till you got hit by a corsa..

The "speeding" angle really pi55es me off. So tell me, "if" I was speeding, you are saying - a) you are so thick you couldn't judge my speed or b) you COULD tell I was speeding but thought you would cause a crash by pulling right out in front of me??

How do all these bloody people know if you were speeding or not. Was there a move by the NHS to install RADAR/Laser guns in people and I missed it? Next time some prick tells you that you were speeding ask him EXACTLY how fast you were doing. To the nearest 1mph. If he aint got a blue uniform on, and showing you video evidence tell the little slag to sit on it and spin!

 

Your speed was IRRELEVANT in this accident. If someone turns in front of you it is their fault - 100% (sorry about your story Jezz - annoying, but if you ride a bike you soon learn that indicators - if used - are LYING!)

Any chance this accident may have done something horrid to the engine. I mean has it started smoking now where it didn't used to ?.

Ignore the speeding claim - he cant prove it, the facts are he pulled in front of you. Period.

wen i rang th insurance company the guy i spoke to said as far as thy were concerned it was his fault and thyd fight it for me (dunno how much they can/are willing to do tho)

 

iv got a few 'witnesses' who saw wot 'exactly' happned and now my arm neck and leg are hurting, must have been th angle i hit him at and the double collision.

Talking of speeding drivers, i was one today!!

 

If i'm about to pull out and see a car going quick, i think i'll wait as i wont have time to get out in front of it, but why do other drivers not seem to do this??

 

Tonight I was steaming down the a main road (40 limit) just touching the ton mark and some plank in a rover still decides to pull out, but to compund his/HER (probably!) stupidity, they pulled out out onto the road then panic'd then stopped!!

 

Fortunatly I only clog it down roads where i know its quite safe(ish) to do so and the road is wide enough for 3 cars, let alone 2, and thanks to a combination of my lightning reactions and the zeds great handling abilities an accident was avoided with ease.

 

I bet the rover driver is still sat there shaking though!!!

Sorry to hear about that tw@t causing that mate. I think all boy-racer type Corsa drivers should be put on an island and entered into a self-destruction derby.

My wife had a Myopic Fondue Brained Moment the other day and rammed my Z whilst it was parked in the yard.

 

So if your looking for a 99spec front bumper with light and indicaters the body shop I use say they can repair it. Its not that bad but when you paid all the money I have on getting the car to perfect condition then I have to have everything just so.

 

If you are interested it will be available as soon as I can get a replacement fitted. Also if you give me the colour code I'll get a price for the thing ready just to go on.

Sorry mate, cant help but think its not at all that safe to be doing a ton on a 40 that has side roads where people can pull out.

 

Saying that I've done it myself but afterwards though "Well I was going well over twice the speed limit and would have been nowhere near as close going the right speed so its partly my own fault."
