Paint strippered car!

My mate has just brought at a online salvage auction a mint phase 2 uk tt man..................but every panel on her has had paint stripper poured over it is this car or owner known to any of you guys oh and it is Blue 101000 on the clock perfectley stock

    It was on the cdx south auction site, avonmouth in bristol
