I must say the quality of these Greddy Turbos external wastgates and Pentroof manifolds are top notch! Big thanks to Nend

you decided what your gonna do with the exhaust of the wastegates yet?

No Paul,I am going to bring up this issue on Monday with Peter;)

CJ I have found out that you do not have to get rid of your aircon to fit these manifolds, however I am;)

To quote Mr. Nelson then, is that gonna be a bit of a weight saver Iain? Can you ditch the aircon compresser etc.???

Ian - i would keep that chiller - its going to mighty hot at the speed of sound

p.s. i know about the air con peter confirmed it yesterday - cheers anyway

cool, i think some more thanks are in order too

and as for the turbos

Dont forget to get some exhaust wrap on them manifolds too. Only problem is that itll make em look like shit - NHS plaster cast manifolds.

Already looking into that;)

You want quality then you pay big bucks;)

YGM.

exhaust wrap keeps exhaust gas temps up in the manifolds which increases the velocity of the gasses travelling through them.

downside can be damaged manifolds & even turbos :( most race teams ceramic coat the manifolds now instead of wrapping i believe

Paul it is real funny you should say that,Duffer and Ay3388 tell me to do this and when I report back to Peter he said..................................

NO WE WON'T and I will go into this on Monday with you,as some will know Peter was involved with race teams for years so he does know his stuff,so I guess he is going to tell me what you have.

Hang on a min that can only mean one thing...................................

PaulC also knows his stuff and take what Duffer says with a pinch:D:D:D;)

LOL!! anyone would think i do this for a living!! :D

seriously tho Mac, i wouldnt do it, but thats just my opinion.

Keeps the zorst gas temps up? Pardon me for a being a thick c\/nt but is that the right way round? Is it something to do with higher the temp quicker the gases flow towards the ar$e end?

Enlighten us Paul will ya! Quite interested in this theory.

Not usually bothered a t0ss about tech but this one I would like an explanation on.

TIA ;)

well im no thermo dynamics expert, but basically as the exhaust gas heat energy is lost, the gasses slow down.

OK can grasp that! Will be interesting to see what Pete has to say about it to Iain on Monday.

So that is PeterR,PaulC and now Nico telling me NO

Duffer say yes :xxx: :D
