Stu are you sure nothing is stoping your bonnet closing? When I relocated my PTU I found it was touching the underside of the bonnet :o

Well could be a number of things that are touching. Strut crace, new smithy fuse box cover, ptu. However saying this I can push the bonnet down more so I will start by tightening up the catch and then removing bits one at a time to find the source.

Thanks for that Matt, but it doesn't tell you how to actually adjust the catch itself. It just shows you where they are.

Re bonnet lifting, check the bolts on the hinges are a) all there and b) tight!
