Hello? :p No, sorry mate, I haven't. It all got bolted on and jammed in the bay before I had a chance to. I know this might sound a bit unusual, but it's true. I've seen the pipe in question tho. It's got a bit of a restriction in it, but what you gonna do, huh? It's possible Stu's got a pic from the SE open day(?!). I could drop in and see if they're building any other engines with T28's if you like.

Simon the problem is the air intake on the 18g,It is 80mm the 16G is only 50mm (stock size)

They cut a piece of there to fit. Check the pics of the guys in the US that have the td-06

not true - the standard 16g housing is now the 8cm housing. Certainly the greddy kit comes with the 8cm housing. Which is unfortunate because the housing is too big - Trust standardised the range and stuffed all the wheels 16g 18g and 20g into the 8cm housing. you can even get the big turbos like the T67-25G in the 8cm housing.

 

Spool up on the 16g is enhanced with the higher back pressures that the 6cm housing gan give with no loss on the top end.

 

The only 6cm housing for the 16g is the pentroof turbo - oh and mine :cool:
