soz baggins, not sure of jet size. are they something like 1 - 1.2mm? just got six little bronze things in a bag!

OK well I would think that you have 2 x 0.8 , 1.0 , and 1.2 , are there any markings on there ???? if they are different what ever you do make sure that you end up with two the same size i.e not a 1.0 and a 1.2 in each pipe , if that makes sense :)

TBH i've no idea what went in - i didnt even know how many go in the engine  (master mechanic here!) but i got four back from Jeff - they all look used, well at least two of them do. They say, 1-0.040 (x2) and 0.6 (x2). Does this mean anything to you???

Yea do not use the 0.6 they are to small use the 1.0 which should give you around 13psi

well I was running the same as you but with apexi induction and 14.5 psi and I got 342RWHP, at 16 psi I was hitting 356RWHP (which they estimate at 430BHP at the fly).

As mentioned earlier in this thread it totally depends on the state of your engine and tubs.

just for reference, i get 16psi with 1mm tips, 1.2mm gave me 12psi

so the smaller the tips the bigger the boost? ive got myself an aftermarket gauge to cope with the bigger boost but not been fitted yet!

That is really weird Paul every car I set up with 1mm jets gives 13-13.5psi and with 0.8's 15-15.5 psi , yours are defo 1mm ???

I know all cars are slightly different because of leaks etc , but that is a big difference
