Srrae, king of grammar and spelling ;)

Well now that I've started to see a few 350s on the road, I have to say I think Nissan have done another first rate styling Job. The Zed badge is a hard act to live up to - I was a huge fan of the 240 and 260s (let's not dwell to long on the early 300s though - :D )

Of course, you're right, the Z32 is just the best of the best - but the 350 is a smart looking car and I will be test driving it as soon as they bring out a 2+2 targa topped twin turbo version!

So you are never going to drive one then?

got to admit, i didnt rate them when i 1st saw them at Brands Hatch, but there really starting to grow on me now :) (apart from the 99p door handles!!)

just wish they had given them a couple of turbos!

i saw a black one the other day on the m60 with tinted windows ,looks the absolute dogs in my opinion, having seen a black one i think this is definitely the right coulour for them.

best colour for 300zx's is still blue though ;)

They are not allowed to give them turbos by law as it would be too powerful

oh dont be so silly. they could have still fitted tubs & stayed within the 280ps "gentlemans agreement". it seems that most are starting to stray from this anyway now

at least you could have easily modded it ;)

i didnt think much of them when they came out either but i've seen a few now and they do grow on you. Still the power difference though...........

Maybe this would help? :hyper: :hyper: :hyper:

and looking at the spec of that kit there are no internal mods. lower comp pistons and stronger rods....... i think it has potential to be the new Z32 after all. just Nissan forgot to finish the job. :slap: :D

There are several companies who are doing superchargers for the 350Z, that should give it a bit of a boost. A few weeks ago I was at a Nissan dealership having a new belt fitted to my Nissan Pick-up, whilst I was waiting, I thoroughly checked out the 350 in the showroom and I must say it starting growing on me. But since I'm going for an Esprit in a few months time, I'm not interested in the 350.

Geoff.

The 350 is a grower, I think, not an immediate hit... cracking interior though. Better than the 300 or the RX8.

However... today I finally drove an RX8, and I'm defecting, they're much more fun than either Z!
