I think you can get kits in the states but their about $1500 . :eek:

 

Surely someone can knock up/copy some of those special hinges for a lot less than that ? :xxx: :)

TBH that one on there looks like it's a real pain to get into the car with the door fully open. Looks like you'd have to struggle to get in properly.

Guys iv looked into this fitting lambo doors to a zed for far to long!!!

 

The main problem is that the kits that where made from over the states are being imported over here!!! These kits where originally designed for Civics but what most have done is that they have modified them to fit the car of choice!!!

 

On the Zed the problem is the weight of the door as it weighs F uckin 2 much!!!

 

U have to modify the original kit which in my opinion is not safe at all, as iv seen others do this and the kit has eventually F ucked up on them later on!!! These kits dont give much space for you to get into the car!!!

 

Im holding my breath for the meanwhile and hoping some1 will come up with a kit that will fit directly onto the Zed without any problems!!!

 

No matter what i reckon starting prices will be over a £1000 for the kits!!!

First you'll need to modify your ROC settings (RICE overload cutout) and disconnect your BTIs (Bad Taste Interrupts).

your right, cos Lambo never fitted Gullwing doors!! Gullwings hinge at the roof :slap:

Faisal- have you had the conversion kit put on? The pictures in your ride section look like it's going to be a beast. Looks like the doors are done, or did it not work out? Want to see that car when it's finished!
