Hi there, just been looking around Ebay and various sites and keep noticing grounding kits . Are these any good and if anyone has one fitted, have they felt any benifits. Just wondering if its a gimmick

The car learns new settings all the time, but takes a while to do it. Unhooking the battery for an hour or so simply does it quicker.

Taking it out for a good blast afterwards will teach it all it needs to know lol :D

By "ready to learn" I mean wiping its memory of any errors, creating a clear canvass. Sort of.

So no - theres no need to do it. Mind you - Skyline owners do theres as a kind of regular service item. Any thoughts on this?

Cheers for that Andy.

I've had a lot of great positive feedback (on ebay mostly) for these, and a few where the kit hasnt made any difference, like Andy so eloquently puts it ;)

Cheers

LOL Actually I meant f-all difference to my lousy tickover - there may be other benefits, which as yet, are less obvious.
