Just had this put onto my Z. First time I saw it I wanted to saw it off but now I'm kind of getting used to it! Car handles much better now as well! Open to feedback!

However ;) with a bit of sorting you could pull it off.

 

As people have recommended I say take the original spoiler off, move the wing back, space out the legs, knock of some of the angle - and you could have it looking smart.

 

Going with a Tailgate tub would make it look WAY better too!

 

I kind of see the look you were going for but unless the rest of the car is complementary it looks like the Beige Vectra 1.6 I saw with one on. All i could wonder was whether his mum had noticed her son had stuck the thing on the boot!!!

It's erm... distinctive, I'll say that. I -have- seen one or two with pylon spoilers on that look OK so it might be rescueable!

 

However, you said it now handles better, and THAT'S THE MAIN THING. It's not a bleedin ornament is it? (Wouldn't fit on the mantelpiece, for a start)

Assuming you ever come back to this stie again after 4 pages of abuse / constructive critisism, then know this.

 

The only person you have to answer to is youself. If you can't shrug your shoulders and say "I like it" then don't do it. Otherwise stick to your guns and keep it.

 

I think the angles in those photo's don't help. Also to be honest it isn't to my taste, but I have no taste so who am I to comment.

 

Compared to lots of the highly modded cars on here mine is very boring, no mods at all to speak of, just std and blue. But to me it is the best car in the world, well my road anyway. Have fun mate, don't be a sheep and go with the herd, find your own way.
