Since I've had my Zed it's had leaky targas. Not too bad but if it rained all night I'd be driving to work sitting in a damp patch (if you know what i mean  ) Well, last weekend i was tinkering with the car and noticed an old tube of silicone in my toolbox so i thought I'd try applying a very light smearing on the seals with my finger (to protect them as much as anything) and today when I got in the car(it pi$$ed down all night up here!!) not even a single drip!!

It's worth a try IMHO, but remember to let it dry properly before you replace the targas!!

Cheers,Glenn.....

LOL!! :D

Sorry, I can't post pics, but basically...

Just a around the rubber seals (not the vinyl bits) above where the locking bars go from the targa into the A-pillars. I recomend a really thin smearing as that's all it took for me.

Good luck!! :)

ill give that a go,just as soon as it stops pigging raining!!!,my roof leaks badly, have to tilt the seat forward so i dont get the wet spot! anyone know the price of replacing these seals.

Luke at the Z centre sells all these seals. Prices are on his website.
