Quite a few people have had theirs written off, so I should count myself lucky.

 

Monday I was behind a skip and before I realised the tit hadn't covered his load of small and not so small stones, I had a chunk out my windscreen.

 

Tuesday, I came out onto a roundabout and the tw*t in the truck should have been behind the 'keep clear' lines. He didn't look and rolled forward doing this to my back end as I tried to get out his way.

 

 

I know it's not a lot, but I have been quoted £500 to put it right.

 

Thursday, I had a nice long screw....through my brand new Goodyear F1. But of course when I looked in the back, where was the locking nut key? At home. One can of tyre-weld later I got home to find...no locking wheel nut key. Where the **** have I put it!!! Had to call McGard in GERMANY and because my credit card is chocka god knows how I am going to get them to send me a new key.

 

Could have had it written off I suppose, so I should count myself lucky. Stupid, yes, but lucky too.

 

--edit--- hmmm kind of mucky too isn't it. I suppose I should stop moaning about it- could have been worse.

just to make you feel better, when your new key arrives you can guarrantee you will find your old one!

I know- my boy will come in and say, this what your looking for dad just as I open the post when I get it.

 

Here it is shining again. I got some satisfaction doing that- just stand and look at it from the other side from the bump!!

 

What a bummer...............but look at the shine on that! Just need to lower it a bit!
