wise words ! Perhaps not the best mod for me then as I drive from southampton to bromley for work each day and HAVE to keep the car reliable, shaking it to bits is not part of the plan... +10bhp wont make much difference on the m25 at 630 am......although I may enjoy it on the A3 !

the guy i'm prob gonna use has never worked on a 300tt b4. But I would have thought (please someone correct me if necessary) that the changing of the belts, water pump etc would not be too difficult ?? I plan to print out the guides on twinturbo and let him get on with it.

who did you speak to?

cant remember - useless I know, but got their number from scoot, just tried again and it's no listed today, will try again to see cause they could be useful

yeah cool.gif

I also said we were all members of TwinTurbo as I believe we get a discount, 20% or something.

If you are not sign up people wink.gif

Got one for mine from Phuong same time as me Techtom...not fitted yet though!

Cranks are strong on the Z engine, that was sorted from the start so shouldn't have any problems with balancing! Andy is right though, any mods you make you are always chipping away at Mr. Reliability!!! But who cares...LMAO! POWER, POWER!!!

Got to get the crank lightened to match the lightweight conrods and pistons. Hence, needs a rebalance after the lightening process. Been quoted around £900, but shopping around still. I'm sure there's somebody in the Suffolk area who does this. [When they're not fitting Garrett T60's to their tractors biggrin.gif]

Tim - can I ask how much your Techtom set you back? Thinking of getting one (given how much trouble shooting I have to do), and I was wondering..
