Japfest 22nd May at Castle combe..

 

Suzy from the Z club has organised a stand for the Z club, 300zx and 350z.

 

Right I need to no who is going from here and if you are going to take your zed on the track.

 

To get in is going to be £6 per person and this well get you in to the club stand, with your car.

 

A track session with only Zeds £17.50 usual price £22.50

 

We have space for 30 cars but can be extend if we know early enough..

 

If you e,mail me I well than say were to send the cheque to. All tickets and passes well be sent to you.

Right sideshow bob (simon) you ordered three tickets for steve carter and lee harrison with three car pass which one has pulled out. So is scoobdoo steve or lee?? and does he still need his tickets...

GARRY 300ZX - yes you can take one passenger with you round the track but they must also have a crash helmet on, arms and legs covered, I also think there may be an age limit but will have to get back to you on that one.

 

CHRIS LARKHAM - Sorry haven't got back to you earlier, spent the weekend relaxing, drinking and buying a 280ZX, as you do!! I have run out of Stand tickets unless someone pulls out. I'll send you an email about tickets etc.

 

SIDESHOWBOB - I've taken Lee off the list. You are down for 2 cars and 3 people. Are both cars Zeds?

 

I need a response from anyone on this list who is NOT bringing a 300. I am very tight on space for the Club stand and if you are not bring a Z, I will not be able to send you a vehicle pass (sorry!). Please let me know so I can make sure all the tickets I do have can be used properly.

Actually the post office has got them but I'm collecting them today. Will get them in the post in the next day or two, you should have them by the weekend at the latest.

 

Dave (Yewcheck) ask me again about tickets at the end of the week, I'll have a better idea about who has pulled out etc

There's no way the Z will be ready :( - so I'm still coming but you can pass on the club stand space and the track space to someone who will benefit from it!

You can have it for free if I can go shotgun. ;)

I've had a few emails about tickets, don't worry I will get in touch with you, bear (or should that be bare) with me!!

 

Everyone else, you can buy tickets on the gate £10, under 14s free.

After I have sorted everyone out I might yet have some £6 tickets left, I will post something next week to let you know.

 

I have had a few track session tickets returned. Anyone interested? At this moment in time I can not offer a vehicle pass just a ticket to join the Zed track session. Your track ticket will obviously get you into the paddock area but not on to the Z Stand (unless they are not looking :rolleyes: )

Just to let you know the track briefing session is 9.00am!!

 

You must attend this session to get on track and have your driving licence.

 

Everyone else the track session itself is 9.57, don't miss it, 18 Zeds burning rubber together :dance:

There are a few gauntlets being thrown down, I may even set up a sweepstake at this rate!!

I should be there by 8.00 at the lastest - well I'll be there in body if not mind!

 

If you can make it by then to lend a hand that would be great. As I don't have enough vehicle passes I don't have one for myself so I'm going to have to unload everything then take the car back off site and pass my pass on!!

So any help would be great. Don't worry if you can't make it by then I'm sure there will be some other mugs....I mean helpers about!
