    Free give away prizes for the most posts from any one individual in a month or a Quarter, with a top 10 or 20 listing who has posted most threads that month etc. A bit like the 300ZX Premiership league, (Moderators have to be monitored as to what is a personal post and what is moderating business) this would probably encourage more threads ??? Maybe get people to subscribe to it £5 per year to go towards the free prize giveaways. (OH MY GOD !!! Have I opened a can of worms here ???) :D :D :p :p
