Both front tiebar bushes are coming close to needing replacing so have decided to go the whole hog and replace all the bushes front and rear. Obviously i am wondering whether to upgrade to polybushes or stick to standard ones?

Will also be doing a full suspension change at same time so consider that too.

Links to sites also appreciated

I'd go for the full Energy Suspension poly bush kit.

It does make a huge difference, particularly the rear subframe mounts.

Only thing to bear in mind is it's a big job to fit them. Front ones are pretty easy, it's the rears that take all the time.

Allow a full day if you have access to a 2 post ramp and press. It means dropping and dissasembling the whole thing to fit them.

Agree with John, just had mine done as my subframe bushes were leaking, so I had Poly bushes all round and they make a huge difference, car feels a lot lighter, with only a slightly firmer ride. You do get to here the diff whine a bit more though.

You're not kidding, if you've got a plate diff like mine the whole car vibrates when you slip a wheel!

Most improved thing IMO is traction. Much less wheel hop / tramp.
