I agree but what I don't like is when 'certain people' jump on the thread and have a pop when it is nothing to do with them, but that's what happens!!

 

Problems should be kept between the supplier and the customer. If they then can't sort it MAC should then try and resolve it.........

 

Innocent until proven guilty and ALL the facts should be brought to MAC's attention (if it can't be resolved at first) then a just and correct decision made.

The only question I have about what you are say is, that I thought the purpose of a club/ forum was for the mutual benrfit of it subscribers. If then certain issues occur that if left unraised could lead to the subsiquent damage/detriment to persons and or property of persons subscribed to the said club/forum. Then that could lead to a lawful case for damages by the injured party against the club/forum. As the club/forum would have failed to notify its subscribers of the potential risk how ever that risk has been perceived, wether it be factual referance or hear say.

 

In such a case the club should state clearly what allegations have been made. That it cannot, and wishes not to substanciate or repudiate what has been said however it will post everyone of the out come.

And in the meantime everyone who is not involved with said problem should keep their thoughts to themselves......

i may have been a bit harsh when replying to tim tt about his fleece with the gas mask on but i do think that there not the best looking thing ive ever seen. when i replyed to this thread id just gone 3 rounds with grovesey about another subject so i was wound up at the time.so this may have affected my choice of comment. topless this was between me and tim not you and tims got no problem with it so why do you?. as for what have i done for this club. ive done nothing only pay my subs i have 2 pet shops and the only thing i can do for you is offer you all cheap dog or cat food so if you want a group buy on a pallet of chum let me know.i still think this forum is over moderated(no offence to anyone) but thats my opinion. i think that when a thread starts to get a little heated it should be put in fight club not deleted or locked cos that solves nothing it just starts another thread. this is providing of course no one is slandered in the thread(if they are then yes it should be closed). i think debate is very important and it should be a last resort to close a thread.the thing to remember is we are one club and we shouldent argue between ourselves about traders or garages or any of that shit cos there all in it to make money and thats allways gonna be the bottom line with them at the end of the day. i think that feedback thing that smithy has done is a cracking idea as long as you get both good and bad in it and its not moderated by the trader cos that would be unfair anyway thanks for listening lads i hope ive not upset too many of you
