Nice motors, goodies, &&&&& pukka crupet!

And a bottle of wine - jubbly.

Never mind the loons racing all day, did anyone here do the 0-60 sprint?

Thanks Tony for the lift, and well done those of you who had a go on the track.

WaZZa, you really do need to start taking those Anti-Agression tablets on a regular basis my friend!

Can I just say one thing about the Mk IV Supra...and this is not out to upset anyone. As you know I do like all me Jap. cars and not just the Z!

But if you read reviews about the Mk IV Supra it's often described as a Skylark basher for around 10K. When you look that the 0-60 of a standard TT you get the idea...think it's about 5.3(any of you Supra guyZ correct me if I'm wrong!) and whereas the Z starts life with about 280-300 bhp the standard Supra gets a hefty 320+

So it's not really fair to compare the two, and by the sounds of things the Soup DragonZ were running some mods which I've also read about them, piece of piss to get high power gains. The guy in last months Max Power from Ireland who was at Billing...to look in his engine bay everything looked pretty much standard unlike the engine bay of Andy whats-his-names Stillen Z beast at SE open day! Mr Supra was putting out 650+ bhp...fantastic! So as someone said, sounds like you all enjoyed yourselves and I don't know where this has all come from Supra vs. Z because at the end of the day it sounds to me like all the Jap. muscle got well and truly cained by a 7 and a Vauxhall Carlton for fucks sake...all be it a Lotus one with about 500 hp as standard etc.

I love you guyZ! You make life worth getting up for in the morning...LMAO!

The import Supras run different injectors and turbos and are rated at 280bhp in japan, we think they are infact about 300bhp. The UK ones are supposed to be 320.

We tend to suffer the same b-sht figures about BHP that the skylines do so the figures in the magazines tend to get a bit talked up. Its the way the Supra delivers the power thats the main thing, the turbos are sequential which is why most of us would come out of a corner quick, hit 4000rpm and the second turbo comes on line and the car really picks up at which point we appear in your rear view mirror rather unexpectedly.

A number of us are booking on a track day with www.bookatrack.com on the 28th October in Cambridge. Feel free to join us. We arent all psychos, it just appeared that way (and Im ashamed to say I probably appeared the worst after that first lap move...)

It looks like the Scooby boys are going to be running their own version of Trax next year which should be much better than the spectacle we all endured on Sunday. You could hear the wind whistling through the gaps on the crappy body kits on those Novas...

Good to read the above guys,

Does somone know of another track where we can have a go as a club rather than a trax day, Malory, Thruxton, Pembury etc.

It must be possible to make an enquiry or too?

Could be the biggest Z+ invitations meet EVER !!!

Those who have a circuit near them its worth a phone call, & post results.

We can all look see & vote or such!

Guys what do you think.

Craig can you put this as a new thread?

harve.
