Good venue, lots of people there.........

Rich, hope you get that fuel leak sorted.....

Smithy, hope everything gets sorted.....

Pete, sorry mate I forgot the ALC and also didn't mean to step on your toes (grounding!!) :(

I saw a quite few faces from Billing that I remembered but I didn't say hello, I was too cold to stay too long (I need to buy a new thick winter jacket!! LOL)

Rich, I'm now officially addicted to 'Need For Speed - Underground' so much so I'm not going the match now...... :p It's too cold anyway.......

how good were the fans? were they pointing properly at both intercoolers and the Rad?

It's almost impossible on a RR to replicate the amount of airflow you'd get on the open road so making charge temp higher and detting on a RR far more likely.

The fans where freezing. Standing at the back of the car and you could still feel a gail.

I dont think people realise that a dyno take a lot stress on an engine. Some people say it is like flooring it in 4th on the motorway. Well its not really as there is a hell of a lot more air on the car while driving at 120+mpg than any dyno fan can do.

Also when was the last time any one put the car in 4th and floored it from 2000rpm all the way to red line? Dont forget that red line in 4th is about 140mph.

good to meet everyone yesterday ,

Happy with the figures I got although the tubs seem to run out of puff at 15.5 psi , AFR ratio at this point was still really good according to the technician and I could have turned the boost controller up more , its just the turbos were not having it.

so figures are

334.1 RWHP @ 5983rpm

353.1 ft/lb @ 3994rpm

boost was at 15.46psi

Auto by the way

Can anyone explain the AFR graph to me as i have not got a clue at what I am looking at its high is 15.2 at 2040 rpm and 10.4 at 6600rpm

Cheers Ryan

From what I've read Zed's run quite lean off boost, than you should aim for 11.5-12.5 on boost depending on how rich / lean you want to be...

If you've got 10.4 at 6600rpm means you're runNing rich at that point, and you can lean it out a bit for a bit more bhp. Also explains why your injectors are maxing out.

When I get my arse up to Thor to get my AFC tuned I'll probably be aiming for 12:1 ratio on boost.

HTH :)

Also, did anyone run at both RR days without changing anything, or only a small change for comparison
