Typical techie can't spell :slap:. Citrix/MetaFrame is a great delivery method - are you looking for a contract or perm post? Currently "resting" myself I fear I may have done too well at an interview last week and may soon be re-employed, in which case I may be hunting for Citrix types in a month or so.

I should have some 1 year contracts coming up for Citrix in about 2 months. I''l post up when I get sign off. Oh its South East based though.

BigRoy, any jobs going for juniors or nething in computers / network engineer's ? i've done alot of MCSE courses with certificate's run a network here at current, fix / built comps etc. etc.. very comp orientated!! give us a shout if u got any positions free i may suit or tainee positions or anyone in london area!

what a load of shit, we've got citrix in work and its forever dropping connection, absolutely w@nk in my opinion, we also use them 'wyse' terminals aswell, you heard of them? and they are equally sh1t.

 

 

im not an I.T guru, im an end user,i know why weve got it in work, and thats to save cash, however, it causes me loads of grief while im trying to do my job

Scoops - your IT types need to get their finger out. Load balanced servers, followed by decent central bandwidth means all is hunky in the IT/Citrix world. Wyse terminals are not a lot of cop we used old P2's and P133s with WIN95 on them made the FD really happy.

Scoops, drop me an email, I can think of a few customers with Citrix farms. You never know.

 

Scoops, sounds more like WAN issues to be. Get the administrators to clean the AFM and adjust the idle. ;)
