What is everyone's opinion of the crystal-type indicators/side lights as sold by Z-Centre?

 

I want to replace UK indicators with front fogs, so I was wondering which indicators to get.

 

Either the crystal jobbies (£75+vat from Luke) or USA clear stock style ones ($95 from UltimateZ).

 

Anyone got the crystal ones? If so do you have a pic of them on the car?

The crystal lenses do look good, especially on a red Zed:D

 

BTW, were some of your pics taken at Fountains Abbey?

This thread reminds me.........I wanted some Jap spec 'driving' lamps (front fogs ;) ) for my Z as I already have the side indicators in (since 99 spec fittin) but not wired in.

 

I still have and use the stock UK spec item, driving lamp and indicator combi.....

 

Anyone got any going spare?? Or know where to get some cheap?

I'll check the link when I get home. It was just for clear 99J spec indicators anyway. You'll need J spec or USspec driving lights/fogs

SMW1 u can clear urs and they are going to look the same with clear j spec u just have to break the orange plastic inside nad remove it

Yes mate I know, I have a write up on my site about how to do it !.

 

However I got one of my indicators wrecked when the transit hit my car so I needed to buy new ones (works out cheaper from Claude and for the sake of £6 he may as well clear them for me ;) )
