Well on Xmas day I've had a custom for the last three years. Iit started with the ZX. After stuffing the wife - I mean turkey, in the morning I go for a nice tour in the Zed, my middle boy joins me. I normally go out for about a 2 hour drive, return home and get stuck into the grub.

 

So this year I heading towards the Chilterns, nr. Ayelesbury.

 

So there you are.

 

So if anyone else is out that way and wants to say hello please do.

Back from drive. went out A414>M10>M1>on to the Chilterns, stopped for 1/2 pint Guiness>then on through> back on A41 to NW London and onwards home. 80 something miles!!!

 

Great when there's hardly any traffic.

Why Tony is that where your originally from. I know the Chilterns fairly well as I used to cycle alot around there.

Yes Geoff,lived in Aylesbury(Waddesdon)till i was 26,used to work in High Wycombe,then Chesham,Virginia Water,Amersham,used to go to a club in Hemel(near Kodak building i think)and a few Knebworth gigs,partys in Chalfont St Giles(dont ask:D )Had mates in Tring,Missenden,Birkhamstead,Beaconsfield,Marlow,Slough,come to think of it all over the bloody place,will be down to Quainton nr Aylesbury this week visiting actualy;)

We got carried away on Boxing day... 210miles :eek:

 

Across the bottom of Saddleworth and then back across the top of it after lunch in Barnsley!
