NZR IT question

Have an e-mail from Barclaycard ( maybe) but if I try to select it I get an error and programme shutdown with the following message

INCMAIL caused an invalid page fault in

module MSHTML.DLL at 018f:70da4467.

Nothing was picked up by Norton so it allowed it into my inbox, now although I could ignore it it sits there as an unopened mail and is bugging me, even if I right click I get the same, so I cannot even delete it!! any clues to the error message and some ways of clearing it out?

Thanks in advance

Jeff

That PROBABLY wont be from Barclaycard. Could be wrong though. Get in touch with your ISP (assuming they do youe e-mail too) and have them delete it. They should be able to.

Does it have an attachment Jeff ? If so, can you get the file extension ?

If you're using Outlook or Outlook Express, try for a permanent delete.

Failing that, go onto my "Coolant leak bodge request" thread and give me the answer to my prayers !

Cheers

Dave
