Hi! Not sure if I'm correct here, just joined the group.
A solid 2 months ago I bought a lovely 1997 300ZX Z32 in a beautiful purple color. It's been a great car so far and I love it with all my soul as it's the first sports car I've owned since I am only 20 🤣
I did encounter a problem yesterday after work though. My front windshield wipers always worked with no problem, showing no signs of giving up. Then, on my way home from work, as I turned them on in the rain, they swiped once and then stopped working. I pulled over to check if turning the car on and off would solve it, which it didn't. I was able to freely move them around but as soon as they reached the top position (vertically infront of my view), they blocked there completely.
I replaced the fuse and checked the relay, both of which don't seem to have any issues. When I try to turn the wipers on, all I hear is the motor or the relay seemingly clicking twice before going quiet.
The washers however work, and tge rear wiler as well with no issues.
What could the problem be?

I'd put the fookers on the wrong sides.........LMAO!!
They are grooved ones and I had them on the wrong sides, didn't notice until I just looked at the finished job, and then the penny dropped.......
Mental note: Do not fit anything that is handed after a night on the beer........:slap:
