I was just wondering does any1 else have a 3G mobile phone.

 

Iv been having some seriously bad problems with them over some bills. They charged me for a period that my phone was offline due to there own faults and not mine and they seem to not respond to me asking for a refund. Everytime i call they seem to fob me off and say its being dealt with. Iv had various problems with them and they seem to have gone on for several months at a time. What can i do as i want to leave them due to these problems but my contract expires in april.

 

What can i do!!! Any Help ???

my main annoyance is that when in the car (on handsfree of course), it drops the damn call everytime you move out of a 3g area into 2.5g or 2g.

 

Of course thats every few miles between my house and my work, rendering the phone useless.

 

Leaves me 100% concentrating on blasting along in my 300zx TT though ;)

Yeah, finally washed it on Sunday - now it's covered in shite again ... :(

 

The Telephone Ombudsman, used to be called Oftel, now I think it's Otelo :-

By the way, do you have the footy service - and if so, is it any good :confused: I know it's quite crap for voice, and that those phones are always conking out, but I was just going to buy it (later on when some OK handsets come out) so I can watch some footy.
