Its been lurking in the garage, sulking at me everytime I fetch the mower out.

Enough is enough, got it going today, first turn of the key (after buying a new battery) - put the wheels back on !! Next stop MOT and TAX.. After that probably a ban or at least a few more points..

What can I say - its good to be back. Its been two years since its done any miles in the 300..

All that remains is to get the alarm sorted out - need to resync the remotes to the Foxguard FG1. Anyone know how to do that ?

Regards

BJ

I know how you feel. My Scimitar has been in the garage for 10 years waiting for the back axle to be fixed. Now I have the Zed, it'll probably NEVER happen.

I've also got a Scimitar GTE 3 auto 72 in my garage. Dont suppose youve got any spare bumpers? My rear one has rust.

You might find a manual in pdf form on the net for the FG1. I got a Clifford 50x and foumd that manual on the net. You have to get it into valet mode then into a particular mode to register each remote with the alarm.

Sorry, no spares at all. If the plating is still there, phosphoric acid brings it up OK. MER wheel cleaner has a prety strong acid content.

BJ, Give me a call and i`ll tell you how to program the remotes.
