Next, I'm going for the SS hard pipes and SS rad pipes all with blue hoses, blues hoses for recircs etc and braided fuel lines, all above from Smithy (not told him that yet!! :D )

I had to clean everything!!

 

I used hammerite paint (withstands a certain amount of heat, quite hig I think!!) and I didn't paint anything that is going to get REALLY hot.........

 

So far after a few hard runs (had to get them BOV's going!!) all seems good. I'll see how it goes and let you know.

 

I had to remove a couple of things but if you take it steady and use a small enough brush it's easy enough.

 

I would imagine that as long as you don't paint the plenum ;) you'll be okay!!

Dont take critisisym too heart Matty,like I said we all have differant ideas,what some like others dont.I get some right slaggings off with what I do to my car .But I dont get the hump over it because I like what I've done the same as you.Dont post a pic if all you wont is nice comments,afraid it dont work like that,I should know,so I take the good with the bad. It will prob look alright when its finished.....Good Luck!
